Brian T. Dunn- Civil Rights Lawsuits. Brian T. Dunn was originally hired as a specialist in civil rights litigation, with an emphasis on police misconduct cases. He has handled many of the Los Angeles office's most high profile police misconduct cases, including those involving Reginald Denny and Geronimo Pratt. Mr. Dunn was also instrumental in prosecuting the litigation surrounding the tragic shootings of Devin Brown ($1.5 Million Settlement), Tyisha Miller ($3 Million Settlement), Mario Paz ($3 Million Settlement), and William Wilkins ($3.5 Million Settlement), cases which not only brought multimillion dollar settlement awards to the plaintiffs, but additionally resulted in unprecedented changes in the departmental policies of the Los Angeles, Riverside, El Monte, and Oakland Police Departments.
Brian Dunn earned his B.A. with honors from the University of California at Berkeley, with a major in Rhetoric. He attended the University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor, Michigan
